Description
Anthisan bite and sting Cream contains mepyramine maleate which is an antihistamine.
Mepyramine works by preventing the actions of histamine- a compound produced by the body when it reacts to a foreign substance, such as venom from insect bites or stings (these are known as allergens).
HOW TO USE
Apply the cream to the affected area of skin two or three times a day for up to three days.
Wash your hands after applying the cream, unless the hands are the affected area.
Take care to avoid getting the cream in the eyes, mouth and nose.
If the symptoms persist after three days of using this cream get advice from your doctor.
PRECAUTIONS
Don’t apply the cream to raw, broken, cut or grazed areas of skin, or skin that is sun-burnt or affected by eczema.
Don’t use the cream if you’re allergic to any of its ingredients.
