Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach.
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

PRECAUTIONS

Administration of Domperidone is contraindicated in people having conditions where cardiac conduction is impaired or could be impaired and with underlying cardiac diseases (such as congestive heart failure).
This drug is contraindicated in individuals with severe hepatic impairment and receiving other medications that prolong QT interval or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.
Pantoprazole administration is contraindicated in patients having hypersensitivity this drug, or to any ingredient of the formulation or any substituted benzimidazole.
The hypersensitive reactions possibly include anaphylaxis, anaphylactic shock, acute interstitial nephritis, angioedema, bronchospasm, and urticaria.
